Will we be able to order an album or wall art?
Absolutely! After your session, you'll receive an invitation to a complimentary consultation where we can talk through your images and explore what album or wall art options might feel right for your family. If you'd like to move forward, we'll schedule a full Design Appointment to build everything together, place your product order, and then deliver your gallery alongside everything you've created. If you'd prefer to skip that step, your gallery will be delivered and ready to enjoy. There's no pressure, just an open door if you want to create something lasting from your session.
What is the Image Reveal & Design Appointment?
The Design Appointment is where your images come to life beyond the screen. You and a member of our design team will meet virtually, walk through your gallery, and thoughtfully select the images that tell your family's story best. From there we'll design your album layout, choose wall art sizes and configurations, and place your order together. It's a guided, unhurried experience where every decision gets made with care. Most families find it's their favorite part of the whole process.
Will we receive digital files from our session?
Yes! Your full edited digital gallery is included with every collection. That said, we truly believe your favorite images deserve to live somewhere beyond a screen. The gallery is a wonderful tool for sharing and preserving your memories, but there is something irreplaceable about seeing your family on your walls or holding an album in your hands. The digital files are there to share and save. The products are there to last.
How long is a typical session?
Single family sessions typically run about 30-45 minutes, which is just the right amount of time to work through a variety of moments without pushing little ones past their limit. Extended family sessions with multiple households run closer to an hour to an hour and a half, giving us enough time to capture the whole group together as well as each individual family unit.
